Gobacillus stearothermophilus  ATCC  7953 is a most convenient and self contained indicator system for monitoring an adequacy of steam  sterilization process and is applicable for all types of sterilization of liquids, large containers, wound dressings, linen surgical instruments etc.

STERIND Ampoule indicator provides easy confirmation/evaluation in the range 8 – 48 hrs. depending upon the survivor numbers. The procedure does not involve the need of laboratory culture techniques and hence free from chance contaminations leading to false positive result.
